Annual check-in
Some trees need a once-a-year look — especially old specimen trees near a target. We document what we see so the picture builds up year to year.

From the ground + climbing
Cavities, conks, deadwood, included bark, lean, root plate lift, and load-over-target are checked in that order. If a defect is hidden inside the canopy, we'll climb to see it.
Photo-supported report
Photos of every flagged defect, a recommendation (remove / mitigate / monitor / no action), and a timeline if the issue worsens.
Assessment credit
If you book the recommended work with us, we apply the assessment fee toward the job.

What does the assessment cover?
Cavities, cracks, conks, deadwood, lean, root plate, soil heave, target, and species-specific failure patterns. Climb if we need to.
How much does it cost?
Flat fee based on how many trees we're looking at. Assessment fee credits toward any removal work you book with us.
Do I get a written report?
Yes — photo-supported summary, recommendation (remove / mitigate / monitor), defensible report available for real-estate or neighbor-dispute.
Will you pressure me to remove?
No. Half the assessments we do end with the tree staying exactly where it is.
