What we do

The fall and winter jobs we get called for.

A mix of one-time cleanups and a few things worth doing once a year. Senior discount applies across the board.

🍂

Fall yard cleanup

One pass to clear leaves, sticks, and storm debris before the ground freezes. Bagged and hauled, or composted in place if you'd rather.

🍁

Leaf & stick removal

Wet leaves are heavy. We clear them in the fall, before they mat down and smother the lawn over winter.

🌱

Garden bed maintenance

Cutbacks, edging, mulch top-up, and a clean edge for the beds so they're ready to go in spring.

🏠

Gutter clearing by hand

From a ladder, one-story and most two-story homes. We bag the debris and haul it off. Slow and careful — no high-reach pole system or vacuum truck.

❄️

Snowblower tune-up

Oil, plug, air filter, fuel stabilizer, auger and chute inspection, carb cleaning if it sat through summer with old gas. Most machines take 30–60 minutes.

🚐

RV & camper winterization

Freshwater-system drain, pink-RV-antifreeze through the lines, water heater bypass, battery and tire check. We don't do engine or generator service.

🪟

Window insulating & sealing

Interior shrink-film kits, rope-caulk along drafty sashes, and weather-strip on the worst offenders. Cheap, fast, big difference on the next heating bill.

🌾

Late-season lawn care

Final mow short, leaf mulching, and a quick check on any trouble spots before snow cover.

FAQ

Fall & winter readiness questions.

When should I book fall cleanup?

Two to three weeks before the first hard freeze is the sweet spot. Earlier is fine; later than mid-November in Mid-Michigan and the leaves are wet, heavy, and harder to move cleanly.

Do you clear gutters?

Yes — by hand from a ladder, one-story and most two-story homes. We bag the debris and haul it off. Slow and careful.

What does a snowblower tune-up include?

Oil change, spark plug, air filter, fuel stabilizer, auger and chute inspection, carb cleaning if it sat through summer with old gas, and a pull-cord test. Most single-stage and two-stage machines take 30–60 minutes.

Do you winterize RVs and campers?

Yes. Freshwater-system drain, pink-RV-antifreeze through the lines, water heater bypass, and a quick check on the battery, tires, and roof seams. We don’t handle engine or generator service.

How does the senior discount work?
