24/7 Emergency · SW Michigan

Storm hit. Tree on the house. We’re rolling.

24/7 storm response across Allegan, Kalamazoo, Van Buren & Cass counties. Trees on houses, blocked driveways, downed-line coordination. Tarp-up first, controlled removal second, site cleaned third.

What counts as an emergency

If it can’t wait until morning, we’re the call.

🏠

Tree on a house

Limbs or whole trunk resting on the roof, in the bedroom, or hanging over the driveway. We tarp what we can lift and section the rest off.

🚗

Blocked driveway or road

Tree down across the only way in or out. Cleared with chain saw and rigging, debris hauled away.

⚡

Downed power line coordination

We don’t touch energized lines — we stage the work, coordinate with the utility, and remove the tree once the line is dead.

🪵

Hanging widow-makers

Cracked limbs caught up in the canopy waiting to fall on the next wind. Get them down before they choose the timing.

Storm workflow

Tarp first, remove second, clean third.

  1. 01

    Call, brief the situation

You give us the address, what’s down, and what’s underneath. We ask a few questions to figure out what gear and how many people we’re sending.

  2. 02

    Tarp or stabilize

If the tree is resting on a roof or structure, we tarp it before anything else. Stop the water coming in first.

  3. 03

    Coordinate the line

Conductor down? We stage on-site and work the perimeter with the utility. The moment they clear it, we’re cutting.

  4. 04

    Section and haul

Rig the tree off the structure piece by piece, haul debris, walk the site with you. We don’t leave until it’s safe.

FAQ

Storm response questions.

How fast can you respond?

Depends on the storm. Active-wide events mean we’re triaging — usually first touch within 2–6 hours, on-site within 12–24. For a single tree on a single house, often same day.

Can you coordinate with the power company?

Yes. We stage around downed or sagging conductors and work the perimeter until the utility clears the line. We don’t energize or touch lines ourselves.

Will my homeowner’s policy cover storm damage removal?

Talk to your carrier — every policy is different and we’re not licensed to advise on claims. We can provide a written invoice and photos of the work for your adjuster.

What if it’s after hours or on a weekend?

That’s when most storms happen. We run a 24/7 line — leave a message at 269-240-1199 and we’ll call you back.
